At Luxx Shop, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Intimate or hygiene-related products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The product is defective

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through:

  • Exchange

  • Full refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
